Namu on mitä herttaisin tamma hoitaa. Ehdottoman ystävällinen ja seurallinen. Kukapa ei voisi Namuun ihastua. Ratsain Namu on erittäin herkkä, hieman tuittupäinen mutta ihailtavan fiksu ja osaava! Koulutustasonsakin vuoksi, mutta muutenkaan Namu ei missään nimessä ole aloittelijan ratsu, sillä tamma todella testaa ratsastajaansa kaikenaikaa ja pistää homma täysin luikuriksi jos siihen on mahdollisuus. Toisinaan tammalla on muutenkin huonoja päiviä jolloin työskentelystä ei tule mitään. Kengitys sujuu ok, samoin lastaaminen ja kuljetus, mutta eläinlääkäriä Namu pelkää hirvittävästi. Kotikäynnit selvitään vielä draamalla, mutta kun joutuu klinikalle niin Namu pistää hanskat tiskiin.
